Help Center / NetSuite / Admin & Setup
Add a NetSuite connection once and share it with your team as read-only, instead of every user connecting their own credentials.
Every NetXcel workflow runs against a connection: Saved Searches, Reports, SQL Runner, Data Management, Flow Builder. Nothing works until one exists. Set this up early.
Open the menu, go to Workspace, Connections, Add Connection (or Select Source System at the top). Name it something your team will recognize, like "Acme Prod." Choose NetSuite (Facebook Lead Ads and HubSpot are also available). Pick one of the four connection methods. The dialog walks you through the matching NetSuite steps, ending with the credentials from your Integration Record.
Any team member can add their own connection. As admin, you'll typically add one and share it tenant-wide instead, so nobody needs their own NetSuite credentials. Sharing grants read access: everyone can run searches, reports, and queries. Editing, re-sharing, or deleting stays with the owner or an admin. Shared connections show a Shared badge.
As admin, you see and manage every connection tenant-wide, shared or not. Run more than one NetSuite connection at once, useful for separate production/sandbox accounts or multiple subsidiaries. Limits depend on your plan.
