Maayins designs and builds custom solutions across your entire stack: deep NetSuite and Salesforce customization, plus standalone satellite applications on React, .NET, and Oracle APEX that fill the gaps no platform covers out of the box.
Every mature NetSuite or Salesforce account carries scars: undocumented scripts nobody dares touch, workflows that fight each other, customizations that break on every release, and one-off tools held together by the person who left last year. The problem is rarely the platform. It is code written without architecture, testing, or documentation.
We build new solutions the right way, and we rescue the ones that were not.
When configuration runs out, our certified NetSuite developers extend the platform with clean, upgrade-safe code.
Certified developers who take Salesforce past point-and-click limits.
Some problems do not belong inside your ERP or CRM. We build standalone applications that orbit NetSuite as your core system (and Salesforce where it fits), pulling and pushing data in real time while giving users an experience designed for the job.
A satellite application sits next to NetSuite, handles a complete workflow with its own purpose-built interface, and keeps NetSuite as the system of record. Users who only touch one process get exactly the screens they need, often without consuming a full NetSuite license.
Automated AR collections that NetSuite's native reminders can't match: aging-driven reminder schedules, escalation tiers, customizable templates per customer segment, dispute tracking, and promise-to-pay follow-ups. Payment and communication history sync back to the NetSuite customer record.
CapEx request intake with budget validation, supporting document uploads, and multi-level approval routing by amount and department. Approved requests flow into NetSuite as purchase orders or fixed asset records with a full audit trail of who approved what and when.
Customers check order status, download invoices and statements, make payments, and open support requests on their own, around the clock, without a single call to your team or a NetSuite license per customer.
Vendors acknowledge POs, submit invoices, update shipment dates, and maintain their own compliance documents. Your purchasing team stops chasing email threads and NetSuite stays current automatically.
Incidents, service requests, internal tickets, or claims tracked from intake to close with SLA timers, assignment rules, and complete history. Financial outcomes post to NetSuite when cases resolve.
Structured applications for audits, certifications, document control, and regulatory tasks with full traceability. Built for industries where "we keep it in a spreadsheet" is not an acceptable answer.
Mobile-friendly tools for counts, inspections, receiving, and status updates, designed for people on a floor or in a truck, writing clean transactions back to NetSuite in real time.
That aging Access database, macro-heavy workbook, or unsupported internal app your business secretly depends on, rebuilt as a modern web application properly integrated with NetSuite.
If a process is running on spreadsheets, email approvals, or a tool nobody can maintain, it is a satellite application candidate.
A few recent projects, anonymized out of respect for our clients.
A direct-to-consumer retailer in a commodity-driven market needed item prices to move with market rates. We built a formula-driven pricing engine on custom records, where price levels recalculate automatically from configurable expressions and multipliers, with manual override levels protected from automation. Pricing that took daily manual maintenance now runs itself.
A multi-subsidiary organization needed item-level inventory aging that native reports could not produce. We built a Suitelet reporting console with live rendering, item-level pagination across hundreds of items, aging buckets computed from transaction history, summary charts, and clean CSV export. Finance got an answer in seconds that previously took a day of spreadsheet work.
A regulated organization needed a structured approval chain application with full audit history, configurable approver routing, and lookup-driven business rules. Built on Oracle APEX, it went from requirements to production in weeks instead of months, at a fraction of full custom development cost.
We hold ourselves to a product standard because we ship a product. NetXcel, a Maayins product, is our commercial connector that extends NetSuite, HubSpot, and more into Excel and Google Sheets. The same engineering discipline behind NetXcel, versioned releases, regression testing, real documentation, goes into every client build.
Explore NetXcelWe dig into the actual business problem, not just the requested feature. Half the value of a good build is discovering what should not be built.
You get a written solution design covering architecture, data model, edge cases, and effort before development starts. No surprises mid-build.
Development happens in a sandbox with version control, code review, and platform best practices. Clean, commented, maintainable code is the deliverable, not an extra.
Structured testing against the agreed design, including the edge cases, with your team validating in sandbox before anything touches production.
Controlled deployment, documentation, and a walkthrough for your team. You own the code, the docs, and the knowledge.
Custom solutions need an owner after launch. Every Maayins build comes with documentation and a handoff, and clients who want ongoing ownership move into Maayins Managed Services, where the same team that built your solution monitors it, maintains it, and keeps improving it every month.
Learn about Managed ServicesYes. Rescue work is a regular part of our practice. We start with a code review and documentation pass, stabilize what is fragile, then improve from a known baseline.
Share your requirements and our development team will scope a solution that fits your timeline and budget. If we think you should not build it, we will tell you that too.
