Data Management is NetXcel's write-back engine. Pick a record type and template. NetXcel generates a structured Excel sheet: live lookup/autocomplete on reference fields, locked cells where you shouldn't edit, computed and mirrored fields filled in automatically.
Fill in or paste your data, then upload. Each row creates, updates, or upserts, depending on whether it has an internal ID, an external ID, or neither. Includes records generated from another record, like an Item Receipt from a Purchase Order.
Pull Records reloads current NetSuite data into the same sheet, so you can review or re-edit before uploading again.
